BOAT
Our new ship, the MBCA Amidala was constructed especially for divers. With its length of 85 feet it is the longest dive-boat in the whole area.
It is traditionally Philippine-style constructed with out-triggers on each side. The Philippine name for this kind of boat is “Banka”. It brings all divers safely and fast to the diving-sites which are located a bit more far away like the famous wall of Napantao with its 6 cylinder Isuzu diesel-engine. On board are all kinds of safety-devices, like pure oxygen, life-vests, ring-buoys, etc. The Amidala has a big constructed cabin, a sun- and shadow-deck and a restroom.
The crew consists of three men, 20 divers and more can relax comfortably on the ship without feeling like sardines in a can.
